Make all desired selections and then click any Send button one time to send your request.

To include Puerto Rico data you must select the "States and Puerto Rico" button in section 2. Selecting the "States", "Regions", or "MSA" button will exclude Puerto Rico data.

  • Additional measure "Population" (denominator) is automatically provided in Results when rates are requested.
2. Select location:Help
Click a button to select locations by State, Region, or MSA.
Browse or search to find items in the Regions Finder Tool, then highlight the items to use for this request.
Items in the Selected Items box will be used for your request.
Enter codes by hand, one per line, or find items in the Finder Tool and Move (highlighted) Items Over.

Leave box empty, or use *All*, to select all values.
Browse the list by opening and closing items.
Use Ctrl+Click to multiple select, Shift+Click for a range.
Note:
Selecting the "States and Puerto Rico" button causes Puerto Rico data to be added to the results. Puerto Rico has limited demographics available in section 3. Also you can not select "Race" or "Ethnicity" in the "Group Results By" list in section 1 when requesting Puerto Rico data.
