Data for a specific objective using key word search

This option allows the user to generate tables of single objectives which are found by specifying key words.  Data for all select populations will be displayed with the objective, if appropriate.  To select an objective, the user specifies key words.  A search is then performed on all objective titles in the database using the exact phrase provided.  Therefore, if the user specifies more than one word, the user must specify the precise phrase to be used in the search.  For instance, "lung cancer" and "cancer, lung" will identify different objectives.  If the user wishes to see all objectives contained in DATA2010, they may enter a single space as the key word.  DATA2010 then provides the user with a pull-down list of objectives that include the key word phrase.  When the search has been completed, all the relevant objectives are available in the pull down menu "Select the objective".  The user must then select an objective by highlighting it.

If data are not available, one of four entries is shown in the table.
DNA indicates that data are available, but they have not been analyzed.  DNC indicated that these data are not collected by the data source listed.  DSU means that the data are statistically unreliable.  This situation occurs when a value can be produced from the data source, but the number of respondents is too small to be valid, the proportion of respondents with missing information is too large, or the survey does not have representative data for certain population groups.  NA indicates that the table entry is not applicable for the objective.
