- Count - Count of insertion variants
- Total - Total depth of insertion variants (must have flanking states in read)
- Frequency - Frequency of insertion variant
- Average_Quality - Average quality score of insertion variant
- ConfidenceNotMacErr - Confidence not machine/sequence error, see formula
- PairedUB - Assembly-specific interval upperbound for significance testing based on paired-end end error estimates
- QualityUB - Variant-specific interval upperbound for significance testing based on quality error estimates
